Our new Traditional Cake Decorating class structure takes you through the basic steps of cake decorating. Held on our premises in Chirnside Park, this class is designed to teach the basic skills required to advance to the next levels of cake decorating. Upon completion of this class, students will take home their very own decorated cake.
Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of: - Icing a cake - Making simple flowers - Making hearts and stars on wire - Piping techniques
Cost: $130 (includes GST & your very own Pastry Mate) Duration: 2 hours x 6 sessions Next Daytime Class Begins: Tuesday 12th October, 10am - 12pm Next Evening Class Begins: Tuesday 12th October, 7pm - 9pm Please Note: Evening class is full. We will be taking bookings for Term 1 in 2010 shortly.
General Information:
- A deposit of 50% is required upon enrollment. Enrollments are not taken without a deposit. - Remaining balance must be paid in full before commencement of classes. - Students are required to bring/purchase their own supplies and equipment for each class. - Students receive a 10% discount in our store (excludes books, pettinice, cake tin & stand hire) whilst attending classes. - No refunds are given if student cancels once a class has commenced. - Choice Cake Decorating Centre takes no responsibility for equipment or class projects left on the premises.
